Dialogue Business Strategy, Inc. is a Jackson Hole based consulting firm specializing in the development of cost effective sales strategies designed to boost revenue, engage customers, and promote referral business.

John Morgan is the founder/owner of Dialogue Business Strategy. His unique approach to sales & marketing has been developed over 20 years working in the tourism & hospitality industry. 

John attributes his success to the variety of relationships and responsibilities that he has managed throughout his career. Beginning as group leader and a wholesale travel agent, John realized quickly that building relationships was the key to success in sales & marketing. In 1998 he brought this perspective to the resort side of the hospitality industry as National Sales Manager for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. His success promoting Jackson Hole to a worldwide audience of tour operators and group clients was developed by focusing on conversational interactions as the vehicle to develop relationships. It is this concept that would eventually evolve into Dialogue Business Strategy.

Confident that a conversational approach to relationship building had broader applications than just sales & marketing, John joined Lespri Resorts as General Manager of the White Buffalo Club during the development and opening phases of the project. Most recently, John led the Sales Department at Grand Targhee Resort to double digit growth in lodging occupancy, group sales, skier days, and season pass sales. John is also an experienced public speaker and an active member (CC) of Teton Toastmasters since 2007, holding the offices of President & VP Education during his tenure with the club.
